Hi Jackie, What you need to do is to go into WFA. Then go into Talks with Talks long Key1. Then go to the dictionary and add your words. Make them application specific then save the entries. That should do it. Note, you need to be in the application for which you want the dictionary before you invoke Talks. All the best Steve -----Original Message----- From: talks-uk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:talks-uk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Jackie Cairns Sent: Wednesday 24 December 2008 12:00 To: talks-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [talks-uk] Talks dictionary query in the WFA application Hi Guys I'm sure someone will know the answer to this one, so here goes. I have a friend trying to put words into the Talks dictionary so that some words are pronounced better when he uses WFA. For example, he has entered yards instead of Y, road instead of RD, lane instead of LA, etc. But when he goes into the WFA application, Talks isn't reading these as he has put them in the dictionary. My friend is using an N82 and has the Emily voice on default. Any suggestions please?
