Hi Carol,

You can certainly access them with File Manager yes.  But you may not be
able to send them to another phone, depending on if Nokia considers them to
be protected.  For example, you can't send built-in ring tones.

Is there any way you can access the various sound files that way, or are 
they all very carefully hidden by Nokia so that you can't copy them over to 
another phone?
