No you do not need hellp Carol. I have just put mine on over the other one. I
downloaded from the link Neil gave and then using the USB cable I transferred
the file over, using mass storage as I had PC Suite. then I located the file
on the phne in the folder into which I had put it and installed by highlighting
it and then press select and follow the instructions which will mean pressing
key one about twice.

The new eloquence file has a customized pronunciation file built in, and
corrects a huge amount of tiny, probably miscible mistakes by most...
Always worth updating, even if there's nothing that you can immediately see
you'll get from it, it after all costs nothing to do it.

thanks Neil for this. I have read through the notes but I am not sure if
there is any benefit to me with my N96, e71 installing this update. Perhaps
there is something I have missed whereby I would benefit. I wonder if the
Talks dealers/specalists would care to comment. Maybe eloquence having been
updated but I am ot sure what that will mean for me on these phones. Thanks in
advance.
