[talks-uk] TALKS speed

Has anyone noticed that with the newer phones or perhaps the newest release of
TALKS, that even with the speed set quite high TALKS still doesn't sem as fast
as it used to? maybe it's just me, but I have it set at 6 and it doesn't seem a
whole lot different than say 2.
