Thanks for your quick response. The hash key is on your home row of keys, to
the right near the enter key. On my keyboard it says number and not hash.

i think it is star hash 7780 hash
then select yes
the phone should reset
then all should be ok once more
and you should still have all your data
apologies for the long winded terms but i cant find the hash key on the
keyboard

Is their such a thing as a soft reset for mobile phones where you can reset
the phone and not lose any programs, I.E talks? If yes, could you please send
me the keys to press to reset it?
