That is strange, does talks recognise them for commands? I.e talks plus key1 manually reads function keys and talks plus key2 reads battery and signal strength? -original message- Subject: [talks-uk] Re: Soft keys From: Kieran Little<kieran.little667@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: 04/04/2010 4:28 pm it is set to all. Once in there arrow right to the advanced tab, what does it say for you in the box for "read function keys" if it says "by request" then that is the cause, change it to "all" and your all good. In talks 4 and talks 5, my soft keys on the home screen are not red. I installed talks 5 successfully, and they were reading. I restarted the phone, and their not reading again. Is this normal? Has anyone else had this problem? Can you do anything to resolve it? Thanks, Happy easter, From Kieran -- Kieran Little.
