Neil I think the best thing is to wait until the person who set it up for me is available again. He cannot understand me wanting to access my e-mails through my phone and that does not help. Yet he is a PC software buff and that is his job. I can use my Vodafone contract at present I am just afraid I will end up with a big bill but I have checked with them again and they say it is unlimited internet access. What worries me is that my nephew had a contract with them and he maintained they were charging him more every month and that he had not used up all his allowances but then maybe that was just him. Yes I have a security set up in my home one. I must just find the bit of paper and then I'll be fine. I think it is usually a very large number like 25 letters and numbers or maybe it is smaller like 10, I am not sure. This might help me guess which protocol it uses, do you have any information from BT about how to connect to it, did they tell you anything?
