because you may not be set up to send multi media which is how they are

Hi List,
Can anyone on the list give me instructions on how to send a photograph on
my mobile e65. I've tried this for the first time and I'm using multi media,
but after going through the options to send it, it just doesn't go. Do I have
to do something to the phone to allow the sending of pictures? or do I have to
do something with my mobile provider? Any assistance would be great and
welcomed..
