You do not say numeric or querty or touch screen or not. Depending on the
phone quick Word will or will not come with it' if not you will have to
purchase it to read and write Word documents. In the meantime C 5 is a good
numeric phone without wi-fi capability. E5 I find excellent. It has qwerty
keypad, wi-fi and Word comes wit it'
