Thanks Steve, am smiling definitely. You will have seen that I discovered my
mistake. I was giving Maplin Electronics as an example as it is a long word.
Open University Milton Keynes as opposed to Open University London were other
ones! I love your sense of humour.

What field are you putting Maplin Electronics in? If you are putting it in
first or last name field, then it will be truncated. Put it in the Company
Name field and it should work. Or just call them Maplin for goodness sake

Clive told me what to do here but it still does not work and is still not
reading the complete line. I have Talks and Zoom and I have magnification
turned off but in the case of my contact Maplin Electronics it is still saying
Maplin Electro. Any further suggestions?
