Hi.
Talks is going to be tied to the sim, if you change networks, the network
sent you an upgraded sim or the sim got lost, stolen or damaged, unless you
provide the red tape to support loss/damage/fault etc, you'll have to fork
out for the new talks sim license fee.

to my sim and then moved providors but then
ported my number over would Talks be valid? I
