Couldn't she erase everything and then reformat the phone and then put talks back on for the person?

Hi Carol,You can't erase it without losing Talks, but just go into your contacts anddelete them all, then your messages, then delete any personal files in Gallery that you don't want to give away and you'll be fine. You could erase it, but as I say, you'd zap Talks as well. How do I erase everything from the phone that I have put on, or my phoneproviders have put on but don't destroy firmware and/or keep Talks working?(I do want to sell it on with a clean slate.)
