Andrew, just a thought, I never actually use the nokia software personally. What is it you want to transfer? If it's just files, I use the my computer and my phone shows up there. Then it's just a simple copy and paste process.

It sounds good, but unfortunately no data was copied.  I get the same
message everytime I try to start the transfer.
