No, maps is not accessible. Wayfinder is what you need.

Hi,
is there any tricks or tips to make Nokia Maps more accessible. I am using
N95 8gb with Nokia Maps version 2. I have a licence for the voice
navigation. I tried using it this morning but I couldn't get it to talk. Any
help would be appreciated.
