Hi all.
I will answer question 2.
First of all, make sure you are on the standby screen, the one that shows your network, today's date, and whatever has been assigned to key 1, key 2 and select. Next, mute Talks with Talks+clear. Next, press and hold key 2. When you hear a series of tones, speak the contact you wish to call in a nice clear voice. If recognized, it will play back the correct voice tag, then call the appropriate contact. If it says, "No Matches Found", keep trying.

Hello all.
Has just received this phone. Had a brief look at it and wow I like it a
lot. Very tactile keypad, looks easy to use once I know the
positioning of
the keys.
Haven't installed Talks yet as I need help to replace the sim card and to 
check and set a few settings for me.
