Paul, sometimes we just need to reboot our phones to correct issues like you
experienced today. In respect of battery drain, if you have Bluetooth on all
the time, it can drain the battery more quickly

Subject: [talks-uk] Nokia 6600 query

| Hi all,
|
| Today, whilst out and about, I noticed that my phone wasn't giving me any
| network coverage whatsoever.
|
| This was the case during the four or so hours I was out.
|
| When I came home, I noticed that I still had no network coverage which was
| most unusual.
|
| Also my battery life which had been at 6 bars at 11 am had been reduced to
| just 1 bar some four hours later.
|
| Once at home, I switched off my phone and then back on again. I was then
| getting full network coverage i.e. 7 bards but my battery life was now
only
| 2 bars.
|
| Can anyone tell me why this would have happened and if you have also
| experienced this yourselves.
|
| Oddly enough, someone else who was in the same building as me managed to
use
| their phone even though they are also with Vodafone.
|
| Paul.
