Hi Carol. Firstly, although their website is horrible to navigate, if you go to the contact us page, give them a bell and explain what you want, they'll happily accept a printed note from you with your phone. I had an E65 unbranded in this way, I put a covering note in with my £20 cash and sent it off. I had my phone back two days later reformatted but with Nokia's own firmware. Saved me a lot of hassle with unbranding software that was inaccessible.
