Oh, that is awquard of them. i think it was originally a vodafone phone but now
unlocked and using o2, can i get the latest version or do i just have to wait
for o2 to hurry themselves up in making it available?

No, it is not the latest version. The N96 is up to V20. The problem is your
mobile provider have not released the latest firmware to you.

hello Sam, the firmware i have on my n 96 is 11.018.225.3, when i try to
update this it says no updates available so i assume this is the latest version.
