Yvonne and anyone else reading ...
It's the Sensor setting and this should be set to "Off". I think
the default is "On". You'll find this in Tools, Settings and General,
Sensor Settings. I think that should work now for you! If you still have
problems, come back and we can compare some settings! <Smiles>
It made a huge difference to me and I loved my N86 from then onwards ...
