Get the N86! Keys are fantastic and even better than the N95. N86 is definitely a better phone. I was a real fan of the N95, once I had the firmwareupdate. But, the N86 surpasses the N95 on every level I would say. Very well built, nice and ergonomic, keys well spaced, the media keys when you slide the phone the other way are more prominent than those on the N95 from what I canremember.Certainly the best Nokia phone I have owned. -----Original Message----- From: talks-uk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:talks-uk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of SteveNutt Sent: 22 April 2010 22:17To: talks-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [talks-uk] Re: N86 FINAL DECISION Hi Hussein, I completely disagree about the keys. I have an N95 here too, and the keys are more prominent on the N86, they are larger, or they feel it to me, and one can text withgreat speed. All the best Steve -----Original Message----- From: talks-uk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:talks-uk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf OfHussein Patwa Sent: Thursday 22 April 2010 19:10To: talks-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [talks-uk] Re: N86 FINAL DECISION Hi Steve, I think Carol was referring to the keypad, which is indeed flatter than that on both the N95 8GB and N95 original. The keys are larger and flatter, being moreoval shaped rather than the thin strip keys on the N95. This can be more difficult to handle and a strain on the wrist, but I wouldn't say it's a deal breaker.I love my N86 and it's even better after the most recent firmware update to v30. I'm happy to assist with any N86 queries as I become ever more familiar with it. All the best, _______________________________________ Have a pleasant day, Kind Regards and Best Wishes, Hussein. The N86 is far from flat, and better than your N95 in fact. I don't at present need OCR, but could ... However, I know that people aresaying the keys are much flatter on the N86 and this isa little concerning to me, since I really loved the feel of the more prominent keys on the old Nokia 6630. I'm therefore wondering if anyone lives in the Reading area with an N86 I could take a look at, since I don't seem to be finding one available in any shops. I appreciate this is a long shot and not reallyaltogether Talks related ...but please spare me this once and I won't prolong thethread. You only need to reply personally to me if you think I can see your N86 without travelling too far.
