Hi Carol,

I don't use the Talks call announcement myself, preferring to press soft key
2 to hear who the caller is and then decide whether to reject, accept or let
the call ring out.

As for your other question, I always use the End Call key, which works both
if the keypad was locked or unlocked before the call came through.
