Couple of questions occur.
1. Are you in a weak signal area?
2. Do you have Bluetooth switch on? If so, switch it off when not in use,
as this will drain the batteries.

Hi Everyone
has anyone who has the n75 had any problems with the short life of the
battery?
I've recently purchased the n75 and found I've had to charge it more or less
each day as the battery doesn't hold any more charge.
does anyone know if this is a fault in battery, or charger or it's just the
way the phone is.
