Of course, I was forgetting that.

  Hi Barbara,

Yes, it can. Just hold down the menu key and you get a list of applications.
If the menu key is the Talks key, then you need to press it once briefly, then
hold it down.

  All the best

  Steve

You are looking for something like the feature in JAWS say where you can Alt
Tab through all the open applications? I have never worked out how or indeed if
this can be done. Would be useful if it could.

Guys, is it possible to leave your Email open on the N82, switch to the
contacts application of the phone and make a call? I have someone who wants to
do precisely this. He doesn't want to keep going into his Email to see if he
has messages, then use the phone to ring people. He would like his Email
application left open, then hop between it and being able to make a call. I
tried this by setting up my home Email on my N82 work phone. Then I jumped to
the contacts with the Email box still open, made a call, and sent a test
message from my PC so that the phone would receive it. The message duly
arrived, but I only received it once I hung up from the call and hopped back
into the Email box, and went to the Receive All function in the Options menu.

I hope this makes sense, but I am intrigued to know if this kind of thing
can be done.
