if the questions relate to using TALKS in some way, which models work best
with TALKS, how to get bluetooth working so you can install TALKS or how to use
wap with talks then surely these questions are relevant.

I do agree the other list did get a bit hectic tut that was dealing with
traffic from all over the world.

  Cheers

  Ian,

Though I can see your point, The reasons you give are exactly why I left the
old Talks list. It was full of talk about what phone models did what, how to
do it and what service providers did what in USA. I would not want to see this
list go the same way as most of the traffic was nothing about talks at all and
there was an awful lot of it.

  Just my two penneth worth.

Don't know how other listers and the owner feel, but I think there's a real
need for a list where all issues relating to the use of Talks enabled or
capable mobile phones can be kicked around. There are clearly people here with
much more experience of using and getting the most from their handsets than me
and others like me. So I wondered whether graham would mind, or anyone else
would have any objection to the list being open to wider questions. For
example, I've just never used the Bluetooth capability on my 6630. And there
are things in the menu which I just don't know anything about. I'd also have
questions relating to WAP use and capability, sending and receiving pics and
other files to other phones. So how does opening up a bit sound to everyone?

  Cheers now.

  Ian
