Hi All,

A work colleague has just got a new 6210 Navigator on contract with vodafone.
This has come with Talks standard, V3.6x. Now, it's a voda branded phone with
all the usual voda software on it and on close inspection, there seems to be a
few small niggles with it. Firstly, it still seems to be booting up with the
active standby screen even when I switch this to basic. Is there something
I've missed? It seemed to be working ok with key 1, 2 and select, all speaking
their respective shortcuts. When the phone was rebooted, it went back to an
active standby. I seem to recall some time ago, there being some issues with
the orange standby screens. Secondly, every time the phone is switched on, the
welcome and setup screen starts even though all settings have already been
done. One final thing is that the guy in the voda shop put her contacts in
gallery so she needs to firstly find gallery on the standby screen and then
select it.

The strange thing is that on key two, the calendar is set as the shortcut and
key one is messaging with contacts being the select key. Key 1 and two still
seem to work as the shortcuts but the labels are saying options and exit.

Anyone any ideas?

Steve
