Oh good. I like the landscape view anyway. It's much nicer with Magnification
on invert colours.

Hi Saqib.

The E75 has jus been released sim free, its possible that Three will do it but
then they may not. It all depends on what they consider their customers will
be looking for, the features of the phone and how it will fit in to their
product line-up. For instance, when three launched the E71, they were touting
it as the email, office phone, for internet browsing, email and document
creation with the full qwerty keyboard plus of course the video calling
functions so it fit with their services IE email on three, videomail and video
calling etc. As for your second question, yes the E75 has a sliding keyboard
which will side slide from the phone. There is a number pad with all the soft
keys and screen on the front, so you'll need to turn the phone landscape in
order to use the keyboard. It will probably also be chunkier because of this.

All the best, Ibrahim.

Hi Ibrahim. Is this E75 model going to be launched on Three? I'm on Three and
have been for the last 2 years. I would also like to know if it has a querty
keyboard which slides out from the side of the phone like newer models of
phones.

  Hi Barbra.

Yes, I agree that the 6220 classic phone is nicer cosmetically, however the
E51 looks equally pleasing in my view, is thinner, cheaper and has the wireless
capability where as the 6220 has a 5 megapixel camera which won't be of any use
unless he's thinking of KNFB reader as a possible purchase in the future.
Personally if I were him and I were offered the choice, I'd go for the E51 on
price, features and cosmetic appearance.

  All the best, Ibrahim.

Thanks Ibrahim. No, he's just looking for a good reliable Internet
connection from the phone, nothing to do with the laptop. So I assume all 3G
handsets will have the same speed and reliability? Personally I thought the
6120 felt really cheap, the 6220 seemed a lot better to me. But that's just my
personal feeling.

      Hi Barbra.

When you say internet, do you mean browsing from the phone? if so, it
should make practically no difference which phone he chooses since both phones
are 3G handsets and both can stream video and audio content. If he's looking
to connect to his laptop however, the E51 has the added advantage of an HSDPA
modem so he can browse the internet from his laptop or phone at near broadband
speeds providing his network operator provides this service.

It is quite old now Ibrahim, so is the Internet up to speed. Has anyone
ever tried the Net on 5320?

          Hi Barbra.

If he's looking at not spending too much, then I suggest the 6120
classic or the E51, both of which I know you can get for under £200. The E51
does have wireless capability, so this is always an option for the future
should he find himself in range of a wireless network or get his own in time.
If price is important, then definatly the 6120 classic is the way to go as it
has email, messaging and is very simple to use.

          All the best, Ibrahim.

            Hi All

I'm asking for a friend who is in the market for a new phone, wants
to use the Internet and Email but doesn't want to go down the WLAn route mainly
because he has no wireless network at home and doesn't mind the cost of being
connected through his network.

So, any recommendations on what is a good handset for Internet
speed and reliability just connecting through his network? I know a lot will
depend on the network coverage, but assuming that is fine, any phones to
avoid/go for?

            Cheers.
