I have found the batteries for the nokia c5 on amazon, what would be a good price to pay for a spare battery? Lastly, does anyone know where in the uk I can get a continental charger for my nokia c5, over here they are very expensive. Do the following and take care as you arrow through. Go in to Talks either by pressing the Talks key followed by long press of soft key one. That is the Options key on your C5 top left just below the screen. This brings up your Talks Application. Another way to bring Talks Application up is to press Talks key on C5 twice. This will bring up the Menu. Arrow down to Applications. Select Applications. Now in Applications arrow to Installed Files. select this and arrow to Talks and select. Now I do not know if you are using Zooms too. Zooms is the first tab unless you have already opted not to have this tab in view. You want the Speech tab. If you have Zooms you will need to use the right arrow key to bring you to the Speech tab. Now arrow down to Registration and select. once in registration arrow down to manual and select. Now you will immediately hear Talks reading out your IMEI you can now arrow right character by character. Again in order to do this you need to have Talks set up so that it reads characters and not words. -original message- Subject: [talks-uk] Re: How to get the eimi number on my phone From: "Adrien Collins" <adriencollins22160@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: 14/02/2011 8:37 pm Hi Jacky Ok yes it worked but I had to listen to it several times before I got the number. It's a shame I couldn't read it like a document like I can with the cursor keys, perhaps I can but don't know. I have two phones, one is an old nokia 6600, I think the version of talks on that phone is older, would the key sequence be the same? Also I want to up-grade the version of talks on that phone, apart from blue tooth and the cable once I receive it, what else do I need to do? I brought the phone second hand, I need to register the phone and talks in my name. I can't even find any talks info in the talks folder in the phone.
