Hi AllI have asked permission of the moderators and they have given their consent for me to post this message on this list.Some of you will be aware of the very serious allegations made against me by Barry Hughes on this list. He alleges that I used a TALKS upgrade belonging to a friend of his without their knowledge or permission. He does not say who that friend was. That friend has never contacted me direct regarding this matter.I would like to issue an invitation to Barry's friend, that if they believe I have done something improper, that they contact me personally to have the matter resolved. Until they do this, I am unable to investigate and can take no steps to clear my name of accusations I take very seriously.If I do not receive contact from any such person, I will therefore assume that they don't have any grievances against me and that Barry's allegations were indeed unfounded. At this point I will demand a full apology from Barry publically on this list as this is where his allegations were made.Let me state that it is my personal and business reputation Barry is calling into question and that while I don't wish to get into public slanging matches with others on this list, I feel I deserve the right to address accusations of dishonest and illegal activity on my part.So I await contact from Barry's friend and assure them that I will fully investigate any wrongdoing they believe I am guilty of.
