Hi,
For the N86, go to Menu > Applications > Office > Mass Memory E > then
Options > Format memory.
Only do this when doing an update, otherwise it's not really necessary.
Whereas Symbian isn't the tidiest operating system when it comes to cleaning
up after itself, it's not bad, so formatting is certainly not necessary on a
regular basis.
