So how do I do a clean format of the storage? -- Carol carol.pearson29@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx On Twitter: http://twitter.com/songbird49a ---- Original Message ---- From: "Hussein Patwa" <talks-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <talks-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Friday, June 04, 2010 11:35 PM Subject: [talks-uk] Re: INSTALLING K-READER
Hi, Installing and saving to the storage should be fine. The access times will be somewhat faster than to the memory card, so you will not notice any degradation in performance. The only caveat here is that it is always a good idea to manually back up the files you want and format the storage before doing a clean format of the phone. This is to prevent errors with apps trying to reinstall themselves and giving resulting errors after the format. But to answer your question simply, aim for the storage and you should be fine. Not to mention saving space on the phone memory. _______________________________________ Have a pleasant day, Kind Regards and Best Wishes, Hussein.
