Totally agree. I have actually dealt with shape services support in past
for various reason and they've always been very helpful. Many companies could
learn from them about how to provide propper support. Sometimes it took them a
while to solve a problem, like when version 7.10 came out, I think, it
constantly kept crashing, at least on my phone, but a few days later they
releaced a new version with a fix, but they kept me informed. Remember, they're
humans, but at least they make people aware of what's up and communicate.
