I have never seen your problem on the 6680. Do you know which version of
the firmware you have? If you type in the following to your phone at the
phone main window:
"*#0000#", can you report back to me the version number of the firmware?

I have purchased a Nokia 6680. I originally put the sim card from my old
phone into the 6680, and copied the details into the contact list. I
eventually re-entered all the contact details I now find that I have an
intermittent problem. If I dial a number without entering the contact
list,
it connects without any problem. However, if I Highlight the number in
the
contact list, and then try to call, it is not always successful. I am in
regular contact with another 6680 user, and it would appear that all my
settings are the same as his, and he has no problems. Any suggestions
please?
