Hi Jackie,

 

I think it is Call Summary that Marg needs to turn off.  Not sure where it
is in the older phones, but it is in Tools, Settings, Call.

I know you get an O2 balance message after you have used your phone to send
a text or make a call, but I don't quite understand what the call duration
message is, so can't help her.

Hello

 

I don't know if this is a general Nokia question or Talks specific, so I
will write to both groups in the hope that someone might be able to help.

 

We have two Nokia N70 phones, both Pay As You Go and both with O2.  On one
of them, when a call is made, immediately after ending we get a message
informing us of our balance.  On the other, this doesn't happen.  The
balance flashes up on the screen but seems to be blocked from Talks by the
Call Duration message.  I have turned this off in the Log menu, but can't
seem to get it to alter.

 

Any advice most welcome.
