Hi,
The answer is simple.
Go into the phone's menu, go to Tools, Application Manager, then Options,
Settings, then change Software Installation from Signed Only to All.
Once done, back out of the menus, then install, and it will work.

Generally speaking I know you first have to update both time and date before
re-installing. if it's not that then I to am stuck for an answer.

Good Evening all,
Please could some on help me.
yes today I updated the software using the nokia software updater on my
nokia n95 8gb phone.
after completing the software installation and disconnecting the phone from
the computer I tried to re-install the talks software my farther read the
screen on the phone for me and after the software started installing I got a
message saying something about a certificate normally you can say continue
but the information went strait off of the screen and nothing else happened
neither of us hit any keys and I now know longer have talks on the phone.
please could some one help please.
all help would be very much appreciated.
