Hi Caroline,
I certainly have that option on the N95 but the N86 handles email in a
completely different way. once the delete button is pressed and I've OK'd it,
it should be deleted once disconnected and then re-connected.
Well, we'll see what happens.
Take care,
Carla.

Hello Carla,

When you delete an e-mail, at least on my N82, you have the option to delete
either from the phone only or from both the phone and server. You need to
choose to delete from both the phone and server or the message will just be
downloaded again the next time you connect.

Caroline.

Subject: [talks-uk] Email on the N86

Hi,
i have found that when i have downloaded and read my email, i disconnect and
reconnect and although i deleted the emails when i read them, they are still
there after the reconnect. Is this because i'm not leaving it long enough
before i exit? Although talks says it has disconnected, is there a delay
which i don't know about?

Thanks,
Carla.
