Hi Pete, it just says E-mail but I did phone Vodafone and ask them why the
e-mail wasn't working and they sent me a configuration message that I had to
save to my phone. I am still stupid about all this, so I don't know. I did
look in applications and as I said it says E-mail and has my e-mail address in
there when I look at it. So I'm not sure. Maybe I should phone Vodafone and
ask them what they sent to me.

i'm very sure that the N97 Mini default email should be the same as the N97
classics so should work fine, actually not just fine, it should work really
really well!
Like Steve said though, it could be affected by the phones theme. I'm also now
wondering if you have installed Nokia messaging over the top of the default
email client, can you check by going to menu>settings>application
manager>installed apps and advise if you have anything in there called Nokia
messaging?

like save the settings on the phone, and it is Nokia something or other, have
they installed the wrong program and if so how the hell do I get rid of it?

It is supported on the N97, and the Mini, but it probably depends on what theme
you are running. I need to look into this further, as I believe it is

I've done the lot Pete, changed the cursor to letters but the keys just beep if
you arrow down. But Saqib has just said that phone is not supported yet which
is a pain and I suppose there won't be another Talks update for a year or so
now.

that sounds odd, does it not read the email if you arrow down? Or how about by
touch? So if you touch the text of the email does talks read it?
Also what cursor mode do you have talks set to? If set to original then try
changing to words or letters and see if that helps
