If it is Eloquence not working go in to Talks and in the speech tab the first choice at the top is Eloquence and if it is not there and you have installed it you will need to select it. Once on the speech tab press the select key and not the options key and then arrow up or down to Eloquence and select it. When you hear it speak then come out of Talks by pressing the soft key two. I am not sure about you having entered a registration number. Is your Talks a sym only version?
