Hi Eleanor. Go into control pannel and then settings. Select connections from the menu. Go to the destinations option and then slect it. Once in destinations you need to select the second option down which is internet. In that menu you will see all of your access points and you simply press the delete key on the desired one and confirm the choice. You may have duplicates of the same connection. Now I have ended up with my phone seeing my wi-fi no less than 4 times!!! The only one that works is the bt home hub 8296 4, the previous 3 b being redundant. How can I remove them? I have looked around but not come up with anything. What is this filter thing about too as I could not make it do anything. It is bad enough seeing about 10 other wireless modems in the area without having my rubbish three there also. Eleanor
