device)The N97 is very stable, I've been using it almost since it's release last year and have seen the steady improvements in firmware changes over the period and the current firmware is very very stable and improved.
Providingyou are modding it if you buy one then you will have no problem in ensuring you can get the latest firmware (if you were not modding then I would advise to be very careful not to buy branded because firmware
releases come very slow to branded as you know)N97 also has excellent battery life and is very useable - it's larger screen I am told is very clear and even good in sunlight apparently, not sure if that would make any difference to you though? Call quality is excellent and
veryclear - if I have 1 signal bar I can still make a clear call whereas my N95 8GB
