Hi Paul I have tried what you said, about pressing more than one letter in the person's name and it is excellent. A good tip. Now if Steve had not been eating steak he'd have been 'on the ball' and would have known that one. Hope this helps. The list is not quite what I expect and it seems to have everything listed that has an S in it. Say I have Sarah, Susan and Marks and Spencer, I get Marks and Spencer when I hit S and I'd expect to get it under M. Someone might argue that Spencer is read as a Sirname or Second Name or whatever you want to call it, but I just Put Marks & Spencer in the first name field and Sarah and Susan in the first name field also. Wonder if I am making myself clear.
