That is the only time he ever hears a "well done" when talking about how he
wants his steak cooked!

Not really...For the record Steve...Well done...For all that you do here!

Hi Paul

I have tried what you said, about pressing more than one letter in the
person's name and it is excellent. A good tip. Now if Steve had not been
eating steak he'd have been 'on the ball' and would have known that one.

Just continue typing the next letter in the name or place you are looking
for and each time you do that, you will obviously get fewer choices as you
have more letters toward the name you are ultimately trying to find.

so S might give you Marks & Spencer; Steakhouse and Steve but if you then
type the T, you will just get the Steakhouse and Steve.

Hope this helps.

Subject: [talks-uk] Contacts Listing Alphabetically

Hi

If I want a contact quickly and the name begins with the letter S I hit S
and it brings me to a list. The list is not quite what I expect and it
seems to have everything listed that has an S in it. Say I have Sarah,
Susan and Marks and Spencer, I get Marks and Spencer when I hit S and I'd
expect to get it under M. Someone might argue that Spencer is read as a
Sirname or Second Name or whatever you want to call it, but I just Put Marks
& Spencer in the first name field and Sarah and Susan in the first name
field also. Wonder if I am making myself clear.
