I'm a sighted person remotely helping (trying) someone with a Nokia E7 and
Talks.
He can dial a number but when they answer with things like press 1 for
this department, 2 for that department etc. he can't seem to find a way of
getting a keypad displayed and sending the appropriate digit. He is aware
of saving known extension numbers with the main number, but that is not
the problem in this case.
After not responding to his emails and phonecalls with anything useful in
the past Talknav have just indicated that it is a known bug and he needs
later software, but looking at the 5.22 notes it isn't mentioned.
Can anyone help with sending digits under these circumstances?
