Hi,
The only other way I know of being able to do this would be with a device
supporting a web interface, or one where settings could be written to the
phone via a computer. The former is sort of possible using the Siemens
Gigaset range, but it doesn't extend to configuring the basic features such
as ringtone, etc, only the voip and internet access features. And I haven't
heard of any phone you can configure bvia a computer or settings file, such
as you again sort of could with the Olympia Skype Phone.
