Hussein,
Strangely enough, I was visiting http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer from my phone,
but was being presented with the same page as I get when I visit the site
from my PC. There was no download offered, and no download link anywhere on
the page. Perhaps the N82 isn't supported which is why I'm not being
offered a download of any sort.

It's best to visit the iPlayer page from your phone. It will then
automatically detect your device and provide the appropriate download.
