Hi Eleanor,
Keypad 1 is already assigned to answering messages. Just hold it down for
about a second, and it will ask you if you want to use the number on the sim
card.
The others can be found in Speed Dialing.

I want to be able to assign hot keys for the following on 02. Can anyone
tell me what to do. I want to assign key pad number 1 for answerphone to
collect messages, key no 2 for 195 directory key no 3 for finding out my
balance, key number 4 for top up and key number 5 for customer service at
02.
