[talks-uk] Assign camera key or multimedia keys to speak time

Hi,

At the moment, I have to slide the keypad open on my phone everytime I want to 
check the time using the shortcut talks key + 9. Is there any program I can use 
to reassign this shortcut to the camera button or the multimedia key so it will 
speak the time when I press either of these buttons?
