Hi Carol, Oh no, not again! Thought I'd gone through this. Faster processor, 8GB of internal RAM as well as a card slot, Symbian FP2, which means it can prioritise internet connections. If you are out, it picks up your data carrier, if you are home, it picks up your wifi, without you changing connection, and you can prioritise them. 8MP camera, which means better results for scanning software like KNFB. The N82 is good, The N86 is killer!
