I love my E71. The keyboard is a breeze, easier than any qwerty phone I've tried and given up with in the past. No issues with TALKS volume unless you need it screaming at you. 

I have no problems reading Emails though I've never read a Word document.

I see that last month you guys discussed the e71.  I wondered what the
feelings are about the e71?

* Is the keyboard managable after a while?

* Is there a problem with the talks volume?

* Can talks manage to read email and MS Word docs on the e71?
