Yup voice over is working and I know someone who uses it and they can't sing it's prazes enough. Very accessible I'm hearing. Apparently voiceover is now ready and working on the IPhone. Apple told me that wouldn't happen until the end of Q3 this year, but obviously things moved along a bit quicker. As far as I know, Talks does not work on the IPhone.
