TalkSerotek: the trackpad on new computers with windows7

Hi
I'll be getting a macbook with win7 installed-dual booted onto it. If I use the
trackpad in windows7 will SA track the mouse and let me do gestures like pinch
and swirl my finger while telling me what I'm on on the screen? also does it
work is it fully compatible with win7 speech recognition?
